The lease is located at the intersection of Wolyun Road and Susong Road in Jingkai District, about 45000 square meters of production site in Volkswagen Core parts Industry Park. The project is expected to produce 300000 sets of new energy vehicle battery packs annually after delivery in 2028, and the cumulative sales revenue is expected to be about 129 billion yuan by 2032.

The project, which integrates vehicle R & D, parts R & D and procurement functions, will become the largest technology and innovation center of Volkswagen Group in China, and is expected to be officially operational in the first quarter of 2024, with nearly 3000 employees.
