Apple's insights into talent flow: Intel has the most "blood transfusions" and the highest proportion of job-hopping to Google
CTOnews.com, Nov. 24, according to market research firm Switch on Business, recently released an insight report based on LinkedIn data, saying that more people have moved to Google after "former Apple employees" left the company.
In order to investigate the flow of talent between tech giants, the agency conducted an in-depth survey of LinkedIn employee data.
The agency first searched the current number of employees at tech giants, including Alphabet (GOOG), Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, IBM, Tesla, Oracle, Netflix, Nvidia, Salesforce, Adobe, Intel and Uber.
Based on the employee's LinkedIn resume, search for the company that the employee has worked for before, and aggregate the number and percentage.
Take Apple as an example, it is found that the employees who have changed jobs come from the following companies:
Intel
Microsoft
Amazon
IBM
Oracle
Tesla
Nvidia
Adobe
Meta
Also take Apple as an example, after leaving Apple, job-hopping to join the list of other companies is as follows:

CTOnews.com reported in July that Apple was named the worst employer in the United States based on the latest research shared by resume platform Resume.io, followed by Amazon, Meta and Tesla. According to the study, Apple employees change jobs in an average of 1.7 years, Amazon and Meta employees change jobs in 1.8 years, and Tesla takes 2 years.
