Some measures to restore and expand consumption

Provincial Development and Reform Commission

We will continue to promote household appliances to the countryside, support household appliance manufacturing enterprises to develop green intelligent products such as water heaters and gas stoves that meet the needs of rural consumption, guide household appliance production, sales and maintenance enterprises and sinking channels of e-commerce platforms, and set up direct stores, experience stores, service outlets and front warehouses at the county and township levels.

(8) to improve the after-sales service of household appliances. Cultivate a number of after-sales service leading enterprises, guide household appliance production and circulation enterprises to strengthen after-sales service standardized management, chain development, brand operation. Encourage home appliance sales enterprises to build their own after-sales service system and improve the level of maintenance service through self-construction, joining and cooperation.
