According to the latest data from the research institute, global DRAM sales reached $13.24 billion in the third quarter of this year, up 19.2% from the previous quarter, and the second consecutive quarter-on-quarter increase after $9.37 billion in the first quarter.

Global DRAM sales increased significantly in the third quarter, which means that sales of major manufacturers will increase significantly on a month-on-month basis.

The research institute also reported that in the third quarter, Samsung Electronics DRAM's sales were $5.2 billion, up 17% from the previous quarter, making it still the largest manufacturer, but its share fell to 39.4%. SK Hynix DRAM's sales increased by 34.59% to US $4.63 billion in the third quarter, accounting for 35%, second only to Samsung Electronics.

It is worth noting that the research institute also predicted in the report that global DRAM sales next year are expected to increase by nearly 30% compared with the same period last year, which means that the sales of major manufacturers will increase compared with the same period last year.
