BYD Seal listed in Mexico: the second local marine model, starting at 7788 million pesos.

CTOnews.com, December 1 (Xinhua)-- BYD Seal officially went on sale in Mexico on November 29, the second marine aesthetic model launched by BYD since the dolphin launched in September. BYD Seal has launched two versions in Mexico: the rear-wheel drive version costs 778800 pesos (CTOnews.com Note: about 321000 yuan) and the four-wheel drive version sells for 888800 pesos (currently about 366000 yuan).

As the world's first mass-produced model with CTB technology, the seal is based on e-platform 3.0, equipped with iTAC intelligent torque control system and a maximum 82.56 kWh battery.

CTOnews.com noted that it is also the world's first model with iTAC technology, rear-drive / four-wheel drive architecture, front double fork arms and rear five-link chassis suspension.

In addition, BYD Seal's front and rear dual motors can output 523 horsepower, zero acceleration of 3.8 seconds, WLTP mileage of up to 520KM.
