At present, quadruple reflection prism is mainly supplied by LG Innotek and Jiahua Electronics, the former accounts for 60-70% and the latter accounts for 30-40%.

Apple's mass production of iPhone 15 Pro Max this year, LG Innotek's yield is higher, and the production of quadruple reflective prism is more stable than home electronics, so Apple reported to increase the proportion of LG Innotek orders next year.

Reported that Apple relies more on LG Innotek, but in order to meet the iPhone 16 and subsequent product changes, Jiahua Electronics is required to increase production capacity. Jahwa Electronics invested 191 billion won ($146 million) in new facilities from April last year to March this year, according to public data.

Jahwa Electronics is currently advancing ball guide actuator technology that moves the lens barrel as the ball rolls, thus outperforming Apple's existing spring-loaded actuators in terms of drive speed, accuracy and battery consumption.

This camera module is an ultra-compact module that enables telephoto camera functionality in smartphones. A mirrorless zoom lens mechanism can be implemented on smartphones to achieve sharper images in the focal length range of 85-125mm, and video recording does not degrade image quality.

To ensure sharp images are captured in the focal length range of 85-125mm, LG Innotek has developed zoom actuators that provide sharp image quality in all magnification ranges from 4 to 9 times.
