Taking off the preview hat, Microsoft officially launched Copilot to corporate users: to be your AI partner

Microsoft said that after taking off the hat of the preview, Copilot will continue to be your daily AI partner, providing an AI-driven online chat experience.

Copilot has commercial data protection capabilities and, like Microsoft's existing business services, supports general commercial license terms for online services.

These terms include Microsoft's customer copyright commitment (CCC), which allows customers to take full advantage of Microsoft's Copilot services without worrying about copyright claims.

Individuals and businesses that currently subscribe to Microsoft 365 business and education programs have access to business data protection at no additional cost, and plan to add Copilot business data protection for most of their Entra ID users at some point in the future.
