In terms of parameters, the speed of Meguiar 3500 PCIe 4.0OEM SSD is slightly lower than that of the consumer Ying Ruida T500. the sequential read speed is 7000 MB/s, the sequential write speed is 7000 MB/s, the random read speed is 1150k IOPS, and the total write speed of 1150k IOPS,2TB is 1200TBW. In terms of capacity, this series of SSD can choose from 512GB, 1TB and 2TB.
According to CTOnews.com, the new T500 SSD has been listed in China, which uses a group E25 controller and Meguiar 232L 3D TLC NAND flash memory, with LPDDR4 cache. In terms of parameters, the sequential read speed of this series of SSD can reach 7400 MB/s, the sequential write speed can reach 7050 MB/s, the random read speed can reach 1180k IOPS, and the random write speed can reach 1200k IOPS.
