The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G positioning mid-range model features a 6.5in FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with a resolution of 1080 to 2340 and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The processor is equipped with Exynos 1280 eight-core processors, including 2 2.4GHz cores and 6 2.0GHz cores, as well as Mali-G68 GPU, using Samsung 5nm process.
