British TV service EE TV announces a "custom version" of Apple Apple TV 4K, with a TV-style remote control

CTOnews.com, December 6 (Xinhua)-- British broadband TV platform EE today announced the expansion of its EE TV TV service with a customized Apple TV 4K set-top box for subscribers with a monthly subscription fee of 18 euros (CTOnews.com Note: currently about RMB139).

CTOnews.com noted that the main difference between the custom Apple TV 4K set-top box and the standard version is the remote control, which has a special remote control similar to a traditional TV and a button to quickly open the TV app; in addition, the custom set-top box is pre-installed with the EE TV app.

The current Apple Apple TV 4K, released in October 2022, uses an A15 bionic chip, supports the HDR10+, with 4GB RAM, the highest 128GB storage space, a thinner and lighter fanless design, and a newer Siri remote control, which is officially priced at $129.

There is a significant difference between the standard Siri Remote remote control of ▲ Apple TV 4K and the customized remote control of EE TV.
