According to CTOnews.com news on December 9, Xia Yiping, CEO of Jidu and CEO of Jiyue, revealed in a post on Weibo that the design of the second car of Jiyue began at the end of 2021, when the internal code name was Venus.

Ji Yue displayed the mass production concept car at the 2022 Guangzhou Auto Show, almost maintaining the original design on the mass production car. It may not be called Ji Yue 02 when it goes on the market, but it must be the most beautiful smart car of this era, otherwise it won't deserve the code name Venus.
