CTOnews.com December 12 news, Microsoft released a blog post today, announcing the expansion of the Teams Shift application function to make it easier for managers to check the number of shifts of employees in a specified cycle.

The Microsoft update log section of the CTOnews.com translator reads as follows: "the introduction of this feature can help managers better plan and adjust staffing and ensure that the right people can be arranged on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Managers can now view the planner count at the team and planning group level."

Another improvement added to the Teams Shifts application is that you can now view the full name of the employee in the calendar.

If employers use Excel to track their employees' shifts and vacation times, they can now browse these Excel spreadsheets in the Shifts application.
