CTOnews.com December 13 news, Activision announced that it will open "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" multiplayer mode for a limited time, PS, Xbox and PC players will be able to play from December 15 at 2 a.m. Beijing time, until December 19 at 2 a.m.

In addition to the all-new season 1 map "Meat," players can also try the Shipment, Highrise, Terminal, Afghan and Rust (6v6) maps.

COnews.com previously reported that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 received a large number of negative reviews for its single-player mode (53 points on M stations and 4 points on IGN), making it the lowest-rated main theme game in the Call of Duty series, although IGN gave it a 6-point rating for its multiplayer mode.

IGN argued that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's multiplayer mode was considered more like a map pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 than an entirely new game. In addition, unlocking equipment and accessories requires completing specific tasks, and there are problems with the design of this system.

Also, in the midst of intense firefights, few games can match the Call of Duty series, and this year's game (Modern Warfare 3) brings back some great maps and makes some meaningful adjustments to the movement and recoil mechanics, but it's "just that"-there's not much innovation, after all, the Call of Duty series has been around for years. Perhaps the most exciting part is that skin support has been inherited from Modern Warfare 2, and little else has changed.

IGN stated that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 retains and revives the multiplayer mode of Modern Warfare 2, adding additional maps and tweaks as embellishments. The smooth combat was comforting, but the slow pace of unlocking was still hard to get excited about.
