I. scope of application

1.1 the applicable subjects of this standard include Wechat video account users, VJs and joint broadcasting users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "VJs") to release financial and popular science live content during live broadcasting activities, including, but not limited to, live cover, theme, product title, VJ's name and avatar, picture background, background music, content displayed or narrated by VJ, etc.

1.2 "Live broadcast of financial science" refers to the popular science explanation given by the anchor around finance-related knowledge (including, but not limited to: stocks, bonds, funds, banks, insurance, trust, etc.) through the studio.

II. Live broadcast specification

1. VJs need to meet the following requirements for live broadcasts of financial science and technology:

(1) submit and approve the admission application in accordance with this standard, and within the period of validity (1 year from the date of approval of the application)

(2) there must be a real person.

(3) the account for live broadcast shall only be used by the applicant, and may not be lent, leased or shared for live broadcast by others.

(1) drain or induce users to external links, applications, accounts, etc.

(5) recommend or provide specific financial products or services (e.g. stocks, funds, securities, spot, futures, foreign exchange, loan products / services, insurance products / services, etc.).

3. It is not allowed to output specific investment suggestions through the studio, including, but not limited to:

(1) analyze and forecast specific industries or stock sectors, and make a final conclusion on the future market.

4. To conduct a live broadcast of science around the relevant knowledge of stocks, securities and funds through the live broadcast, the studio should indicate the real name, employment number and company of the anchor. And according to the violations and circumstances, take measures against the offending users, including but not limited to warning, stopping or partially stopping the provision of services, suspending or permanently suspending the services providing live broadcast or comment capabilities, suspending or permanently suspending the services of some or all functions of video accounts and related Wechat accounts, suspending or permanently suspending the live broadcast rights of financial and popular science accounts.

VI. Other instructions

1. Tencent has the right to adjust, modify, improve, optimize, upgrade or cancel the qualification access application, evaluation and revocation process in accordance with business development plans, national laws and regulations or regulatory authorities, and you shall not pursue Tencent's liability for breach of contract or tort.
