Home-made RISC-V handset silicon speed Lichee Pocket 4A unveiled: removable handle, flat head GE Xuan tie TH1520 processor

CTOnews.com December 18 news, the domestic open source hardware manufacturer Sipeed silicon speed technology will soon launch a RISC-V handset-Lichee Pocket 4A, the official picture has now been unveiled.

The handle part of the machine is designed in a transparent shell with a 7-inch 1280 x 800 resolution LCD touch display, a 6000 mAh battery, a removable handle and a plastic and aluminum body. The equipment itself weighs about 490 grams and the handle weighs 630 grams.

The core of the device is the Sipeed LM4A module, equipped with a flat-headed GE Xuan iron TH1520 processor, with four Xuan tie C910 CPU cores based on RISC-V architecture, 8GB or 16GB LPDDR4x memory, and 32GB or 128GB eMMC storage.

The machine is also equipped with Imagination BXM-4-64 GPU and NPU with AI performance of 4 TOPS.

In terms of interface, the machine supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and Gigabit Ethernet ports, and has two USB 3.0 Type-An interfaces, a USB 2.0 Type-C interface and a microSD card reader. It also features a 5MP Howell OV5693 camera, stereo speakers and a microphone.
