Recently, malicious leaks about Xiaomi cars and false rumors have appeared in batches on the Internet. In this connection, we state the following:

On December 17,2023, Bao XX, an employee of the media "ZAKER," and Guan XX, an employee of "Xiaobai Buying a Car," intentionally disclosed confidential shooting contents without permission under the condition of signing the Confidentiality Commitment and knowing the confidentiality obligation and corresponding penalty.

After verification by Xiaomi Group's confidentiality management team, the above two people have admitted their violation of confidentiality obligations. After communicating with their affiliated media, we will investigate the two persons and their affiliated media for disclosure responsibilities in accordance with the corresponding provisions of the Confidentiality Commitment signed by both parties, including but not limited to public apologies and fines.
