Just after Microsoft recently released its input method application for iOS, the software giant "hacked" into another core function of iOS-- taking pictures.

Microsoft's first iOS camera app, Microsoft Pix, was officially released earlier. The new software has a simple interface and a more scientific photo algorithm, which can shoot effects beyond the original camera, focus accurately and brightly color.

Microsoft Pix is very simple to use, the camera's main interface does not have any mode, does not need any settings, and relies entirely on the phone's computing power to identify the best photos, including the evaluation of exposure and focus.

Microsoft Pix also supports facial recognition technology, which automatically stops shooting when a human blinks (closes his eyes). It can also automatically enable continuous shooting mode to select the best photos and then delete the eliminated photos.

In addition, Microsoft Pix's built-in algorithm can correct the jitter when users shoot, and can turn a photo or video into a circular GIF file.

At present, Microsoft Pix has been put on the shelves in App Store, and users can download it for free. In the future, Microsoft also plans to release an Android version of Microsoft Pix, but the exact date has not been decided.
