Google may release Android 7.0 Nougat Nexus 5 without an upgrade this month
Evleaks, a well-known whistleblower, has revealed that Google will release its Android 7.0 Nougat operating system in August, along with routine monthly security upgrades. However, it is worth noting that Nexus 5 users will miss the upgrade of the new system this time.
The release of a new version of Android will usually be accompanied by the arrival of a new Nexus phone. According to previous rumors, HTC is developing two new Nexus phones for Google, the 5.2inch Sailfish and the 5.5inch Marlin. The two phones are expected to go on sale at the end of the third quarter or the beginning of the fourth quarter of this year.
