Didi's ideal joint venture Jiadian Chuxing filed for bankruptcy

The applicant and respondent are both Beijing Orange Electric Travel Technology Co., Ltd., and the handling court is the Beijing No. 1 Intermediate people's Court.
According to media reports, Orange Dian is a joint venture between Didi and ideal Automobile. The company was founded in May 2018 with a registered capital of 400 million yuan and the legal representative is Ma Liying. It is 51% and 49% owned by Beijing Xiaocu Intelligent Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Automobile and Home Information Technology Co., Ltd., respectively.
Beijing Xiaogu Intelligent Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. is indirectly wholly owned by Shanghai bumblebee Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. The company has a foreign investment enterprise, Tianjin Orange Power Zhongying Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.
In February this year, Beijing Orange Electric Travel Technology Co., Ltd. was listed as the person subject to execution by the Beijing Chaoyang District people's Court, with an execution target of 13.8596 million yuan. The case number is (2022) Beijing 0105 holding No. 7824, and the filing date is February 22, 2022.
