The report pointed out that in order to reduce the panel inventory pressure and slow down the panel price decline, panel factories around the world began to reduce the operation rate in the second quarter. In June, the operation rate of global panel production line dropped to 70%, further adjusted to 66% in July, and the operation rate of LCD panel enterprises outside the mainland of China in July has dropped to about 55%.

CINNO Research said that in mid-August, affected by power restrictions in Sichuan, Chongqing, Jiangsu and other places, some panel factories passively increased production reduction, predicting that the average production rate of the mainland of China panel production line in August will be further explored.

In addition, the data shows that the average operating rate of domestic AMOLED panel factories in July was 41.6%, an increase of 4.5 percentage points compared with June.
