It is understood that in recent years, the cost competition in the consumer electronics market has intensified, in which the middle and low-end mobile phone market is deteriorating day by day, and there has long been a phenomenon of bad competition in the industry that the secondary processing of mobile phone chips is used in functional phones.

According to industry sources, the current low-end mobile phone market second-hand materials market share is quite large, which is mainly CPU and memory. Due to the asymmetric information between supply and demand, buyers are unable to track the source of products, coupled with the high counterfeiting ability of some chip manufacturers, in the environment of lack of core, fake and shoddy chips, shoddy chips and other chaotic phenomena appear in turn. Some second-hand refurbished chips can be used for new equipment, but the life cycle of consumer chips is about 5 years. If they are used after refurbishment, the service life and performance parameters will be greatly reduced.

According to CINNO Research data, the number of SoC shipments of smartphones in China in the first half of 2022 was about 134 million, down about 16.9% from the same period last year. Among them, Ziguang Zhanrui is growing 38% year on year, making it the largest positive growth brand.
