According to foreign media reports, Tesla's super factory in Austin, Texas reached the milestone of producing 1000 cars a week.

Texas Super Factory, Tesla's fifth plant after Nevada Super Factory, New York Super Factory, Shanghai Super Factory and Berlin Super Factory, and the fourth car assembly plant after Fremont, Shanghai and Berlin, began limited production of Model Y at the end of 2021 and began delivering its first products in April this year.

Musk said that in addition to producing Model Y, the plant would also produce the first Cybertruck electric pickup truck and Semi electric semitrailer truck.

Tesla's fourth super factory is the Berlin Super Factory, which opened on March 22 this year and currently produces only Model Y. The plant's weekly output reached 1000 vehicles for the first time in mid-June, an important milestone since the plant began production in March, meaning the plant has a monthly capacity of more than 4000 vehicles.

The company's third superfactory, the Shanghai superfactory in China, reached the milestone of producing 1000 cars a week shortly after it opened in December 2019. In the middle of this month, the output of the factory exceeded the 1 million mark. So far, Tesla has produced a total of more than 3 million electric vehicles.
