Zuckerberg: there is no "secret blocking" in Facebook, and the stream restriction of posts is the system reason.

Beijing, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) when Zuckerberg was asked in an interview whether there was a "secret blocking" policy on Facebook, he denied the claim, but admitted that there would be "millions of errors" due to systematic reasons.

"there is no 'secret blocking' policy, which may refer to the 'downgrade' of some of the posts we are talking about," he explained.

"if a post is marked as' false'by a fact checker, it will be less displayed on the platform to some extent," Zuckerberg said. "

The "secret blocking" policy here refers to posts that are marked as false, misleading or harmful, including terrorism, child pornography and flagrant violations of intellectual property rights.

He also blamed banned posts on "system Bug" or "the system is not working properly", while "unfortunately, 3.5 billion people are using these services, and if the company has 0.1 per cent of the time to make mistakes, there are still millions of errors."

Zuckerberg also stressed that some posts have a small audience simply because of poor quality or doubts about authenticity.

He also admits that empowering people is a very profound part of the corporate spirit. "whenever we screw up, it happens all the time, we pay the price, and people don't like what we do, and we have to correct it."
