From a domestic point of view, the capital expenditure of domestic operators will be basically flat and grow slightly in the next 2-3 years, but there will be great changes in terms of structure, with a decline in the proportion of traditional network investment and an increase in the proportion of computing infrastructure investment.

The first curve is dominated by CT products, that is, the company's traditional operator network equipment. The company's strategic plan is to achieve more than 10% growth in revenue in the next three years. The second curve includes operators' computing infrastructure related products, terminals, digital energy, 5G industry applications, and automotive electronics. We hope to achieve higher growth in the second curve over the next three years, supporting the company's continued revenue growth, which grew by nearly 40% in the first half of 2022 compared with the same period a year earlier.
In terms of automotive electronics, ZTE said that it is intelligent and networked for automobiles, and the company relies on strong underlying technology accumulation and innovation capabilities in the fields of chips, algorithms, architecture and operating systems, as well as the system integration experience gained in 5G industry applications, has always been positioned as a provider of basic capabilities for digital vehicles.
ZTE pointed out that in terms of operating system, the company's automotive operating system has promoted cooperation with China's FAW, Changan Automobile and other head car companies. In terms of intelligent Internet connection, at present, ZTE has shipped more than 1 million sets of vehicle terminal products in the global market, and has reached strategic cooperation with a number of car companies. In terms of smart components, ZTE Corporation makes the layout of the domain controller and 4D millimeter wave radar, in which the millimeter wave radar is strongly related to the future 5G to 6G wireless technology, and the company invests in these areas accordingly.
