CTOnews.com learned that the new UI will include layout and design adjustments to make it easier for users to find Xbox games and applications. Microsoft will conduct various Xbox Home UI tests in the coming months, eventually launching in 2023.

"We know that the Xbox home page is the place where our gamers spend the most time, and this is a very personal space," said Ivy Krislov, senior product manager at Xbox experience. "now we have begun a series of experiments over several months to learn how to create a more personalized home page experience and address some fan requests."

"We want to make sure that the experience is the best, and we know it will take some time, which is why we will roll it out slowly and iterate throughout the process," Krislov explained.
