Zhejiang Meishan Customs seized 4170 export infringing "OPPO" mobile phone cases

CTOnews.com, September 14, according to the official number of Weibo released by @ Customs, when Meishan Customs examined the mobile phone cases declared for export by a company through market procurement, it found that the actual goods had the "OPPO" brand logo printed on the outer packaging. After unpacking inspection, the customs inspector found that the outer packaging and the surface of the mobile phone case were all printed with the "OPPO" trademark. After contacting the right holder, the above-mentioned goods were confirmed to be infringing goods. After counting, the number of infringing mobile phone cases totaled 14 boxes and 4170.

CTOnews.com learned that in May this year, Wenjindu Customs seized a number of infringing iPhone accessories, including phone protection cases, headphones, plugs, data cables, conversion cables, etc., in the freight export channel, totaling 1559 pieces.

In April this year, Gui'an Customs inspected a batch of export goods and found that the unbranded mobile phone case in the goods was marked with a "Apple" graphic logo. After contacting the right holder, it is confirmed that the goods infringe the exclusive right to use the trademark "Apple Logo (graphics)". After counting, the infringing goods totaled 1020, with a value of 45900 yuan.

In April this year, Wuchang Customs seized 1000 mobile phone cases suspected of infringing the "SAMSUNG" trademark of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
