CTOnews.com, September 20 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-- recently, some users of the Apple iPhone 14 Pro series reported that a third-party App experienced blurred and jitter problems while using the camera, accompanied by physical buzzing. Users reported that the problem occurred in popular third-party App such as Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram.

An Apple spokesman told MacRumors today that the company is aware of the bug that caused the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max cameras to vibrate and will fix the software next week.

When asked if users who have already encountered the problem need to go to the Apple Store or Apple authorized service provider for repairs, Apple officials said that users only need to update the new system with the fix next week, indicating that the problem will not cause permanent hardware damage to the device.

CTOnews.com has learned that this issue is currently limited to the iPhone 14 Pro series models using cameras in third-party App. Apple's iPhone 14 Pro series features a 4800-megapixel wide-angle camera, supports four-in-one pixel technology, 24mm focal length, aperture / 1.78mm, and a second-generation sensor displacement optical image anti-shake feature. it is not clear whether it has anything to do with the new anti-shake system.
