In addition, by August 2022, China Unicom had reached a total of 827.013 million "big connection" users, 354.494 million terminal connections of the Internet of things, and 2552 customers of virtual private network services in the 5G industry. the problem resolution rate of intelligent customer service in that month was 98.3%. Intelligent customer service accounted for 77.2% in that month, and the cumulative number of authorized patents this year was 1156.

CTOnews.com learned that in the first half of 2022, China Unicom achieved mobile service revenue of 84.9 billion yuan, an increase of 3.4% over the same period last year, and the number of mobile billing users reached 320 million, of which 5G plan users increased by 29.99 million to 184.92 million, and 5G package penetration reached 58%.
