According to the announcement page, the models on the announcement have stopped production and manufacturers no longer supply spare parts for after-sales service, and maintenance materials have exceeded the legal supply life, Xiaomi will not be able to provide maintenance after-sales service. Users can continue to enjoy testing, debugging, cleaning, maintenance after-sales service.

However, Redmi K20 Pro and Redmi K20 Pro premium are still unable to participate in Xiaomi's October service week.

The two models showed in the September forecast that the batteries could be replaced by 8% in October, but they were removed in the October announcement, and Xiaomi officially said the two models were "off the market."
