Shulou(Shulou.com)11/24 Report--
CTOnews.com, Oct. 2, Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman (Mark Gurman) said Apple is developing new iPad Pro, Mac and Apple TV models, at least some of which will be released this month. However, Gurman still believes that Apple is unlikely to hold a new product launch event this month to launch these new products.
CTOnews.com learned that in the latest issue of Power On Newsletter, Gurman said: "Last month's big iPhone 14 launch may be Apple's last major launch in 2022." He believes that any new iPad, Mac and Apple TV products will be released through press releases, media briefs and updates to Apple's online store.
Last week, Gurman reported that the new 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro,14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro, as well as the Mac mini model with M2 series chips, were "very likely to be launched by the end of 2022." An updated version of Apple TV with an A14 chip and increased 4GB memory is also coming soon, possibly this year, he said.
Another tidbit of Gurman's revelations is that Apple has tested sleep tracking for the HomePod, and it's not clear which model it is, but he doesn't expect it to be released to the public any time soon.
In addition, Gurman said that Apple has tested the off-screen Touch ID in recent years, but he doesn't expect Touch ID to return to iPhone in the foreseeable future.
