CTOnews.com, Oct. 3, although the Galaxy A53 has only been on the market for six months, Samsung has been developing the Galaxy A54 phone for some time. The Samsung Galaxy A54 will use a lower-pixel main camera than its predecessor, according to the new report.

The Samsung Galaxy A54 will have a 5000-megapixel main camera, while both the Samsung Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A53 phones will have a 6400-megapixel rear camera, GalaxyClub reported.

No other specifications for the Galaxy A54's main camera have been disclosed. The mid-range 5000-megapixel camera sensor recently used on Samsung's midrange smartphones is expected to be used.

However, considering that the Samsung Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A53 also have many flagship features, such as waterproof, high refresh rate screens and stereo speakers, the Galaxy A54 does not rule out the possibility of a flagship 5000 megapixel camera.

In addition to switching to a lower-pixel main camera, it was revealed that Samsung Galaxy A54 and other mid-range Galaxy smartphones would abandon the depth-of-field camera. CTOnews.com has learned that the phone will also run on Android 13 and One UI 5.
