Asustek Q3 revenue increased by 4% year-on-year, becoming one of the few PC brands that bucked the trend.
CTOnews.com October 7 news, PC brand giant Asustek today released revenue figures for September this year, the group's revenue for the month was 59.8 billion New Taiwan dollars (about 13.515 billion yuan), an increase of 7% over the same period last year.
CTOnews.com learned that Asustek's revenue in September was T $59.8 billion, up 7 per cent year-on-year. Brand revenue in September was T $56.3 billion, up 6 per cent from a year earlier. Group revenue in the third quarter of 2022 was NT $144.8 billion, up 4 per cent from a year earlier, and brand revenue was T $132.9 billion in the third quarter, up 2 per cent from a year earlier.
Asustek said that there were many turbulence in the overall economy and industry in the third quarter. Asustek achieved a good result of counter-trend expansion with strong executive ability, creating a long-term competitive advantage for a small number of strong growth brands in the industrial recession environment.
