CTOnews.com, October 8, according to the website of the State Post Bureau, monitoring data show that from October 1 to 7, the national postal express industry operated safely and smoothly, with a total of 2.135 billion parcels collected, an increase of 7.23 percent over the same period last year in 2021, and 1.967 billion parcels delivered, an increase of 2.61 percent over the same period in 2021.

According to reports, with the end of the National Day holiday, the postal express industry has entered the stage of comprehensively facing the "double 11" peak season. it will also further play its role in serving the people's livelihood, stabilizing the industrial chain supply chain, promoting economic and social development, and supporting the national strategy.

CTOnews.com learned that data from the State Post Bureau showed that by the end of May, postal express cooperation had covered 2309 counties, 22000 townships and 249000 villages in 31 provinces, and 160 million express parcels had been delivered in the first five months of this year.

For comparison, 1.991 billion express parcels were collected nationwide from October 1 to 7, 2021, an increase of 28.31 percent over the same period last year in 2020, and 1.917 billion express parcels were delivered, an increase of 25.71 percent over the same period in 2020.
