CTOnews.com learned that the Chengdawan high-speed railway is an important part of China's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network along the river. The line starts from Tianfu Station in Chengdu, Sichuan Province in the west, through Ziyang City, Suining City, Nanchong City, Dazhou City, and Kaizhou District and Wanzhou District of Chongqing, and connects to the Wanzhou North Station of the existing Zhengzhou-Chongqing high-speed railway. The total length of the main line is 477 kilometers, the design speed is 350 kilometers per hour, and the construction period is 5 years.

The Renjiawan Bridge is a full-line control project with a total length of 2672.25 meters. the bridge crosses the highway and railway lines three times, including the G321 National Highway, the Suihong Expressway and the Chengdu-Zigong-Yibin high-speed railway under construction. the first pile foundation of the Renjiawan Bridge is pile 54-9.

After the completion of the Chengdu Dawan high-speed railway, it will form a convenient passenger passage from Chengdu to the Central Plains and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, which will greatly facilitate the travel of people along the line and promote the economic and social development along the line. it is of great significance to promote the implementation of national strategies such as the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and the Yangtze River economic belt.
