CTOnews.com October 12 news, HTC (HTC) under the development of the meta-universe ecosystem VIVERSE team today announced that it will join hands with e&(formerly Etisalat Group, United Arab Emirates telecommunications group) to launch a full range of cooperation, using VIVERSE technology to create e& meta-universe and solutions (e& Universe), expand meta-universe business opportunities.

e& HTC held a signing ceremony at GITEX Global 2022 to announce the long-term partnership between the two parties in the meta-universe ecosystem, and representatives of both parties signed the cooperation agreement.

HTC said that e& Meta Universe provides innovative experiences for users, including entertainment, education, productivity and leisure life, and first demonstrated two use scenarios at GITEX 2022.

CTOnews.com learned that the first scene led the audience into an ultra-modern futuristic venue, where visitors to the event site and online audiences who could not reach the site could log in through various devices including mobile phones, tablets, PCs and VR devices to enter the virtual exhibition venue for interaction and exploration.

The second scenario is a stylish personal space in a virtual world. Users can arrange space through personal creations or collected artworks, and can gather with others to watch sports events or movies and host social events.

VIVERSE General Manager Lin Junwu said that by working together with e&, people's imagination will be released to achieve work, study or enjoy relaxing moments in a more attractive and interesting way.
