CTOnews.com news on October 13, in order to consolidate the effectiveness of governance and create a good environment for jointly safeguarding the rights and interests of consumers, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently carried out the rectification of App infringing upon the rights and interests of users to "look back" and organized third-party testing institutions to conduct key spot tests on issues such as illegal push of information pop-up windows and excessive access to App. A total of 38 App were found to have problems, which are now made public.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stressed that the above-mentioned App should be completed before October 20, and if the rectification is not made within the time limit or is not in place, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will strictly deal with it in accordance with the rules and regulations.
