CTOnews.com October 21, Intel has prepared two new graphics drivers for its users to support processors with integrated GPU. After recently bringing large-scale driver updates to 1.2GB for ARC dGPU, the company has adopted the same approach to its regular drivers, allowing users to download drivers that exceed 1GB. The version number is 31.0.101.3729.

Intel has split its graphics driver in two. One version is for the latest generations 11, 12, and 13 processors, while the other version provides traditional software support for generation 6-10 CPU.

This update applies to customers using 11th, 12th, and 13th generation Intel processors. The highlight is support for the 13th generation Intel Core processor and Intel UHD graphics. In addition, the driver update also includes some known graphics issues affecting games such as counter-Terrorism Elite: global offensive, Destiny 2, strangers in Paradise: final Fantasy Origin, Battlefield 1, Halo Infinite, Super RV Racing: legendary, and HD Crossing the Fire Line.

CTOnews.com has been informed that Intel will move the graphics of the 6th-10th generation Intel processors and related Intel Atom, Pentium and Celeron processors to the traditional software support model.
