The netizen said that he recently bought a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card in Newegg. After receiving the package, it was found that there were not graphics cards but two counterweight blocks in the box. What is more speechless is that the netizen tried to contact Newegg to seek after-sale, but not only did not get a reply, his account was blocked.

It is worth mentioning that a few months ago, Newegg apologized to customers for such issues and promised to "provide the best customer experience." so far, Newegg has not made that promise.
