Microsoft Win11 22H2 New Bug: task Manager Sino-English Vista GPU value is "upside down"

CTOnews.com, October 25, Microsoft launched a large-scale update to Windows 11 22H2 in October, bringing new features as well as several obvious problems, such as Bug related to Nvidia graphics cards. And these problems are not unique to the RTX 4000 Ada Lovelace GPU, older generation graphics cards are also affected.

Many users find that Windows 11 22H2 feature updates are unstable on Nvidia systems because the GPU driver does not work well with Windows 11 22H2. Nvidia has released an emergency software update to address this problem. The update was later bundled with the Game Ready driver. Because the display driver is a cumulative update, this fix is also supported in the latest version 522.25.

However, even with the above fixes, there are still performance-related problems, and the game frame time and frame spacing are not effective. Either there is a problem with Windows 11 itself, or the Nvidia driver is causing the incompatibility.

In addition to performance issues, there is also an error that the 3D readings of the Nvidia GPU in the Bug,Windows 11 22H2 Task Manager seem to be upside down or confusing. An idle video card will show nearly 100% usage of its 3D portion, even though the card is actually dealing with nothing.

The 3D usage of the Nvidia GPU is displayed at 96%, although the graphics card itself apparently idles at a comfortable low temperature of 39 ℃. So the reading seems to be "upside down", which means that the actual usage in this example may be 4%.
