Samsung said it had installed "Eco Box" mobile garbage collection boxes in 34 countries around the world, including the United States, Brazil and Spain.

Samsung said it wants to install more garbage collection boxes for such mobile devices in all 180 countries around the world that sell Samsung products. The company hopes to achieve this goal by 2030. These collection boxes can separate and recycle waste mobile phone parts. Through the service center, users can easily use Eco Box to deal with mobile phones, participate in climate change and contribute to climate change.

CTOnews.com learned that Samsung also noted that its service centres in countries such as Germany and the UK were "using bicycles or electric vehicles to provide 'ecological distribution' to deliver repaired products to where customers want".

This year, Samsung also established a "paperless system", which reduces the use of paper and uses electronic document printing in service centers and environmentally friendly packaging for service materials shipped around the world. Transport boxes are also made of "materials suitable for sustainable forest certification activities", plastic tape has been replaced by paper tape, handbags have been replaced by recycled synthetic resin bags, and so on.
