CTOnews.com November 2 news, today, CINNO Research released a report that in the panel factory continued for several months to lower the rate of production, control supply, digest inventory, LCD TV panel prices finally ushered in the trough, but this does not mean that panel prices smoothly return to the upward cycle.

The report points out that at present, on the one hand, agents and small factories still have an unknown amount of inventory that affects the market's judgment of supply and demand, on the other hand, the order situation of each panel factory varies greatly, and the panel factory that takes the lead in raising prices before the downstream demand recovers will face the risk of order loss, so the panel factories are quite cautious about raising their quotations.

In terms of supply, the data show that the average growth rate of global panel factories fell to less than 60% in September. The average farming rate of domestic LCD panel factories has also been further reduced to 68.4%, of which the average rate of G10.5 / G11 high-generation line is only 65.8%.

CTOnews.com learned that CINNO Research said this showed that panel manufacturers were still determined to control supply in September. However, this kind of low crop movement is difficult to maintain for a long time, and some manufacturers urgently need to increase the crop growth rate to ensure annual revenue performance. Due to the risk of blindly raising prices and losing orders, some panel factories look forward to consistent price adjustment action throughout the industry, while other panel factories also have new production capacity waiting to be launched, which cannot be left vacant for a long time. Therefore, for some time in the future, the panel industry is still in a state of obvious overcapacity, which constitutes a considerable resistance to the rebound of prices.

In addition, CINNO Research estimates that the price of LCD TV panels in October is basically the same as that in September, and some specifications have the intention to pick up. The price of 32 "LCD TV panel is expected to rise slightly by $1 to $26. 43" the supply situation is relatively tight, and the price correction may reach $2 to $44. The rest of the panel prices from 50 "to 75" remain at the same level as in September, and the price game between supply and demand is still under way.
