According to the report of the research institute, more than half of the newly installed electric vehicle batteries in the world in September were supplied by domestic manufacturers, and six domestic battery manufacturers entered the first October and accounted for nearly 60% of the world's new installed capacity in September.

According to the research institute's report, the top 10 manufacturers in September were Ningde Times, LG New Energy, BYD, Panasonic, SK On, Samsung SDI, Sinotrans, Guoxuan Hi-Tech, Xinwanda and Honeycomb Energy.

Ningde Times is the manufacturer with the highest installed capacity, with 19.9 GWh installed in September, an increase of 62.8% over the same period last year, accounting for 36.3%, up from 30.9% in the same period last year.

Among the other five domestic manufacturers, BYD has the third highest installed capacity of 7.3GWh, an increase of 121.7% over the same period last year, and its share has increased to 13.3%. The installed capacity of China New Airlines, Guoxuan Hi-Tech, Xinwanda and Honeycomb Energy is 2 GWh, 1.6 GWh, 1 GWh and 0.7 GWh respectively, ranking 7-10.

The installed capacity of the six domestic manufacturers in the top 10 was 32.5 GWh in September, accounting for 59.3% of the total installed capacity in that month.
