Sources say that Sony will launch at least five Xperia models next year, switching to off-screen fingerprint recognition.

CTOnews.com, Nov. 5, the major mobile phones of all major manufacturers have been released this year, and now the reports are focused on the models to be released next year. Sony is also quietly developing new models, and the company is said to have at least five phones under development.

SumahoDigest, a Japanese website that often leaks information about Sony's products, recently reported some intelligence from Sony forums that Sony will release the following models at least in 2023:

Xperia PRO-II

Xperia 10 V

Xperia Ace IV

Xperia 1 V

Xperia 5 V

According to the forum post, three of the models, estimated to be Xperia PRO-II, Xperia 1V and Xperia 5V, will use the rumored Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, while one model, possibly a small screen phone Ace IV, will use Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chip, and another model, which should be Xperia 10 V, will use Snapdragon 6 Gen 1.

It was also revealed that the Ace, which is usually sold in Sony's home country of Japan, will also enter the global market, which is good news for those looking for an alternative to the Android version of Apple's iPhone mini.
