CTOnews.com November 6 news, according to Nikkei reports, semiconductor memory DRAM continued to cut prices, of which DDR4 8GB products as a price indicator in October bulk trading price of about 2.15 US dollars/piece, down 10% from last month, down 35% from October last year; prices fell for six consecutive months, compared with last month again expanded.

Before the first time, the price of DDR4 4GB products was about US $1.75/piece, down 10% from the previous month and 34% from October last year. The declines for both 8GB and 4 GB products were larger than in September (down 3% from the previous month).

CTOnews.com has reported that TrendForce research report shows that under the influence of high inflation, memory bit consumption and shipment volume continue to show quarterly decline, each terminal buyer delays procurement due to significant decline in memory demand, leading to further increase of supplier inventory pressure, DRAM price decline is expected to expand to 13%-18% in the fourth quarter.
