According to EPA documents, Tesla submitted his application for three Model Y models on September 30 and was granted permission on October 19, but did not disclose the specific endurance rating of the newly added Model Y.

Foreign media also specifically mentioned in the report that in April this year, Tesla built a standard all-wheel drive version of Model Y at the new Texas super factory, with a range of 279 miles, but only for employees, and it was reported that it was equipped with the long-awaited 4680 battery.

For the standard all-wheel drive version approved by the US Environmental Protection Agency, foreign media said this may imply that Tesla is preparing to deliver more 4680 battery versions of Model Y, which needs to be evaluated by the US Environmental Protection Agency before delivering to customers.
