CTOnews.com, November 11, according to the National Enterprise Credit Information publicity system, recently, Shanghai JD.com Caiao Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of No. 1 store, has undergone industrial and commercial changes. Liu Qiangdong transferred 45% of his shares to Miao Qin, vice president of JD.com Group. At present, the company is jointly owned by Miao Qin, Li Yayun and Zhang Xun.

The No.1 store was founded by Liu Junling and Yu Gang in July 2008. Wal-Mart announced in July 2015 that it had completed its acquisition of No.1 store. In June 2016, Wal-Mart transferred the No.1 store to JD.com and acquired a 4.97% stake in JD.com.

CTOnews.com learned that not long ago, Liu Qiangdong had transferred 45% of his shares in Jiangsu JD.com Bangneng Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Yuanzhou Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., to Miao Qin. Earlier, JD.com Health announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Liu Qiangdong agreed to transfer 45% of his stake in Tianning, Suqian, to Miao Qin, vice president of JD.com Group; JD.com Logistics announced on the same day. Liu Qiangdong agreed to transfer his 45% stake in JD.com in Xi'an to Miao Qin, vice president of JD.com Group.
