According to the report, China is currently improving the county, township and village logistics system to open up the terminal cycle of the upgrading of rural consumption and the upstream of agricultural products.

According to the Ministry of Transport, at present, 990 county-level delivery public distribution centers and 278000 village-level express service stations have been built. Intermodal transport covers 2185 townships and 15000 villages.

CTOnews.com learned that this year is the 13th peak season for the postal express industry to compete with the express delivery business since 2010. From November 1 to 11, postal express companies across the country handled a total of 4.272 billion parcels, 1.3 times the average daily volume, according to monitoring data from the State Post Bureau. Among them, 552 million express parcels were handled on November 11, 1.8 times the daily business volume.

The State Post Bureau said that at present, except for some areas affected by the epidemic, the overall operation of the network is relatively stable. The postal express industry will actively respond, make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the peak season, and strive to create a safe peak season, a smooth peak season, and a warm peak season. It is expected that the delivery of express mail generated during the "double 11" peak season will be basically completed before November 20.
