CTOnews.com, Nov. 14 (Xinhua)-- NCSOFT, the developer of the game "Jianling", today announced its new "Project LLL", which will be launched on PC and console platforms in 2024 by the former development director of "Jianling".

Officials released a nine-minute live demonstration and a seven-minute developer interview. "Project LLL" uses a science fiction background and combines MMO with third-person shooting.

"We want to create a new type that is completely different from the recent popular snatch shooter or PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS game, and create a new market dedicated to NCSOFT, which includes keywords such as shooter, MMO and open world, combined with different game styles and elements from previous NCSOFT games," project manager Seeder Jaehyun Bae said in an interview.

CTOnews.com learned that, according to Bae, "Project LLL" will provide a "vast open world in which more than 30 kilometers of land is seamlessly connected to a single environment," and the game will be built on the latest Unreal engine.

In addition, Bae revealed that players will see the devastated Seoul, the 10th-century Byzantine Empire and the 23rd-century future world in Project LLL, all in the same legend.
