According to the relevant requirements of "2022" Tesco Wuhan "Home Appliances Furniture Digital consumption Voucher issuance implementation Plan", the verification and write-off merchants are carefully screened through district recommendation and enterprise registration. After research, 11 qualified online write-off merchants and 38 offline write-off merchants were selected. It is hereby publicized for a period of 5 days from November 14 to November 18, 2022.

Prior to this, Wuhan City launched the 2022 "Tesco Wuhan" home appliance furniture digital consumption voucher during the "double 11" period in 2022.

CTOnews.com learned that the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Commerce had previously said that the issuance of consumer coupons would implement a circuit breaker mechanism for selected platform enterprises that failed to implement the contract or breached the contract. During the period of issuing consumption coupons, it has been determined that if the selected service platform fails to prevent illegal acts of using software to snatch coupons, the occurrence of large-scale consumption coupon cashing (and risk), serious violation of consumption coupon issuance rules, refusal to perform tripartite agreement obligations, Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Commerce will terminate the platform to participate in the 2022 "Tesco Wuhan" home appliance furniture consumption coupon issuance qualification.
