The most popular mobile games downloads in the world in October: the open world mobile game "Gangster Crime" surpassed "subway parkour" to the top.

CTOnews.com, November 15, according to a report released today by Sensor Tower, the number of downloads of global mobile games on App Store and Google Play in October 2022 was 4.38 billion, down 3% from the same period last year.

Among them, the Indian market ranks first with 877 million downloads, accounting for 20% of the world's total downloads. The Brazilian market ranks second with 8.4 per cent of downloads; the third place is the US market, accounting for 7.8 per cent.

Gangster Crime, a Zego studio gang-themed open world mobile game, topped the global mobile game download list in October with 2330 downloads, up 219% from a month earlier, Sensor Tower said. India is the game's largest market, with 32.3% of downloads, followed by Brazil with 9.1%. It is important to note that this data does not include third-party Android markets.

In addition, Miniclip's SYBO Games "Subway Surfers" ranked second with 1970 downloads, an increase of 17.6 per cent over the same period last year. India is the game's largest market, with 16.7 per cent of downloads, followed by China's iOS market, which accounts for 15 per cent.

CTOnews.com learned that the other three games in the top five are Garena "Free Fire", Gametion "Ludo King" and Kitka Games "Stumble Guys".
